Production and Shipping Timelines

Our playground equipment is often custom-made to meet your specific needs, and lead times vary by product. For accurate information, refer to the “Lead Time” section on the product page.

What's Lead time?

Lead time is the total time it takes from when you place an order to when your product is ready for delivery or pickup. This includes the time to process your order, manufacture or prepare the product (if custom-made), and ship it to you. For example, if the lead time is 3 weeks, it means it will take 3 weeks from the moment you place your order until your product is ready to ship or arrive.


Once your order ships, we’ll provide tracking details and unloading instructions to assist with the delivery process.

Estimated Shipping Dates: These dates are for reference and cannot be guaranteed.

Transit Times: After shipping, delivery typically takes up to 10 days.

Multiple-Item Orders: If your order includes products from the same manufacturer, they will ship together based on the item with the longest lead time. However, if your order includes items from different manufacturers, each manufacturer will ship their products separately, so items may arrive at different times.

 

Delivery and Unloading Guidelines

Ensuring a smooth unloading process is critical for receiving your playground equipment:

Curbside Deliveries: For facilities without a loading dock, deliveries will be made to the curb.

Unloading Equipment:

•Using a forklift is the recommended method for efficient unloading.

•In some situations, items can be unloaded manually, but this process is slower and may lead to additional fees if unloading exceeds 3 hours.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier company. For most LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments, the carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery or notify you before arrival, often around the estimated delivery date. However, this process varies by carrier, so we recommend reaching out to them directly for specific details.

You’ll receive a tracking number or BOL (Bill of Lading) to monitor your shipment’s progress, including its status and transit updates. Some carriers may not provide pre-delivery notifications unless requested, so keeping your contact details accurate is important. If delivery is missed, re-delivery fees or terminal holds may apply.

Please note that once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for shipping-related issues.

Mounting Options for Your Playground Equipment

1.In-Ground Mounting:

•The most popular option for stability, this method involves digging and setting posts in concrete during installation. Ideal for playground and shade equipment.

2.Surface Mount or Anchor Bolt:

•Designed for solid surfaces like concrete, this method uses specialized plates and bolts to securely attach equipment.

3.Ground Spike:

•A straightforward option where stakes are driven through a footer plate with a sledgehammer. Suitable for select products, but not recommended for sandy or loose soil conditions.

Warranties are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. A Repaired or replacement part is covered only for the original warranty period. All Warranties start on the delivery date of the equipment. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the end user who purchased the playground equipment. A copy of the invoice, written statement and supporting photographs must be sent. Does not cover vandalism or misuse of the playground equipment.

5 - year warranty on hardware against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion and workmanship.
10 - year warranty on post caps and clamps against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion and workmanship.
10 - year warranty on rails, loops, rigged climbers and decks against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion and workmanship.
3 - year warranty on all HDPE plastic against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion and workmanship.
3 - year warranty on all rotational molded plastic components against failure due to materials or workmanship.
3- year warranty on all blow molded plastics, Trike Path plastic, moving and working parts against failure due to materials or workmanship.

All equipment is built in the United States in North Alabama, all playground equipment requires care and maintenance, to keep your equipment in top condition for many years, we will help you with the maintenance by giving you that information, how to keep it clean, tighten bolts so the life of your equipment is a long one. There is always a voice on the end of the phone to help you in any manner.
We make sure all playground equipment meets CPSC, ASTM and ADA, we want to build you the Best Playgrounds and Free - standing play events.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been received in our system and your credit card has been authorized for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will begin the process of verifying that the item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will contact you via email to ask whether you’d like to retain your order or cancel it for a full refund. If your item(s) are in stock and ready for immediate shipment, we will process the payment and proceed with preparing the order for shipment.

Once the item ships, your shipping details and tracking information will be sent to you via email, assuming the item is in stock!

The shipping processing time may vary by brand due to differences in the freight carriers each brand prefers to use.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 6 to 10 business days. The majority of our shipments are delivered via third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler). If your order includes an item that requires freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery time.

Please allow 24-72 hours for us to confirm and process your order before it is dispatched for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we successfully process the charges to your credit card, your order will be shipped within five business days from the date of purchase. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking details within six business days of your order, feel free to contact us at support@kingdomplayground.com for an update.

No Shipping Outside the USA

We do not ship outside the United States. However, some exceptions apply—if our website allows you to check out and enter a shipping address outside of the U.S., you will receive your order. Certain products, in particular, are available for shipping to Canada.

Changing Address

If your order has already been processed or shipped, and you need to change the delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please note that address changes may cause delays. Any additional charges incurred from our freight companies due to the change in address will be the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions will be made.

Shipping Times

Please be aware that all shipping times are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery times. We make every effort to notify vendors about new orders to ensure they are shipped out as quickly as possible. However, if a customer chooses to cancel an order due to delayed shipping beyond the estimated time frame, the customer will be responsible for all related shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other associated expenses. Any customer filing a chargeback due to shipping delays will be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions will be made.

Please be aware that, due to a surplus of shipments during the holiday seasons, shipping delays may occur.

Cancellations & Refunds

At Kingdom Playground, we take pride in offering one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge (exceptions apply for custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can issue a full refund before the order leaves the warehouse. You can contact us during business hours at(386) 516-4516, through the chat in the bottom right corner of the website, or by emailing support@kingdomplayground.com.

Cancellations After 24 Hours of Placement (Before Order Ships)

Customers can cancel their orders before the product is shipped. However, if a cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after the order has been placed but before the item ships, a 3.5% administrative fee will be applied to cover restocking and processing costs.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, as these items are made specifically for your order.

Since these units are made to your specifications, production begins right after the order is placed. Your warranty guarantees a fully functional and operational product. If you’re unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us for clarification.

All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Cancellations Not Allowed After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange a product, you may do so. However, customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.

Not all orders are eligible for return after they have shipped. We source products directly from manufacturers, and if the manufacturer does not permit returns, we cannot offer one. This policy can vary by brand or product, so please reach out for specific details.

Due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you are exchanging the product, we may be able to help cover some of the costs depending on the item.

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. However, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product you’re purchasing, as individual brand policies override this general 30-day return policy.

Shipping Times

We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping times provided on product pages are based on estimates from suppliers and freight companies and may change without notice due to supply chain issues, delays at steel mills, shipping demand, or workforce shortages.

While delays are often unavoidable and beyond Kingdom Playground’s control, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We value your business and thank you for your patience during these times.

When making a purchase from Kingdom Playground, you agree to our exchange and return policies. We encourage you to review these policies for a smooth shopping experience:

•I understand that I must inspect the package upon delivery and document any damages with photos within 24 hours, notifying Kingdom Playground immediately.

•I understand that I am responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping a new product in the event of a refund or exchange.

•I understand that products must be returned unopened and unused, and additional restocking fees may apply.

•I understand that once my order has shipped from the warehouse, a full refund will not be available.

Damages

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make a note when signing for the delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos of the damage, including the box and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@kingdomplayground.com. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos of freight damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for the claim to be valid.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer. Please check individual product pages for warranty details. Warranty claims only cover damage occurring over time and due to use. If an item is damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, it is not covered under warranty.

Returns

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error.

Most of our products come with a guaranteed warranty, meaning you’ll receive a fully functional product without any extra expenses. Check individual product pages for specific details.

BOGO Promotions

For Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one of the items is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for the value of that item. If your order has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and, depending on the manufacturer, possibly a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks

Our team is here to help resolve any issues you may encounter. We aim to make our policies as fair as possible and believe they are among the best in the industry. We are committed to helping you and providing the best resolution.

UPlay Today™ Warranty

UltraPlay Systems, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 1-year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. In the event of a claim under this warranty, UltraPlay Systems will replace the component at no cost within the first 12 months from date of shipment to the original customer. Equipment not specifically addressed in the following paragraphs is also subject to this limited 1 year warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

TEN-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON UPRIGHT POSTS

UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on metal upright posts to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure which causes the product to become unfit for its intended use, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 10 years from the date of shipment to the original customer.

FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON METAL PARTS

UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on metal decks, steps, stairs, rails, pipes, support posts, rungs, loops, swing frame yokes and clamps to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure which causes the product to become unfit for its intended use, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment to the original customer.

FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON GROUND-MOUNT METAL PARTS

UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on metal footers, inground footers, surface mount plates, ground spikes, slide and climber mounting posts and plates to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure which causes the product to become unfit for its intended use, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment to the original customer.

THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON PLASTIC PARTS

UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on the following plastic parts: slides, climbers, roofs, tunnels, bridges, panels and border timbers. These components are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 3 years from the date of shipment to the original customer.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON HARDWARE

UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on hardware to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure due to breaking or shearing, subject to normal use and installation, for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment to the original customer.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON HDPE CLIMBERS AND HDPE SPRING RIDERS

UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on high density polyethylene (HDPE) climbers and spring riders against degradation for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment to the original customer.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON SPRING RIDER METAL PARTS

UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on metal springs, bases and brackets of spring riders to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure which causes the product to become unfit for its intended use, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment to the original customer.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STRAP AND TOT SEAT

UltraPlay Systems provides a 1 year limited warranty on strap and tot swing seats against structural failure that causes the seat to become unfit for its intended use. Additionally, chain, “S”- hooks and hangers are covered under a one-year limited warranty.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON SITE FURNISHINGS

UltraPlay Systems provides a five-year limited warranty on the finish of thermoplastic coated site furnishings from the date of shipment to the original customer. Additionally, all site furnishings are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one-year from the date of shipment to the original customer.

All warranties specifically exclude damage caused by man-made or natural disasters, vandalism, negligence, improper installation or improper use, modification, changes in appearance resulting from weathering, scratches, dents, discoloration, normal wear and tear, or marring as a result of public or private use.

Claims are limited to replacement of equipment only and do not include any costs associated with labor, removal or installation of the original or replacement product.

Warranties are valid only if products are installed and maintained in accordance with UltraPlay installation instructions and use of approved parts.

This warranty is applicable to the original owner only. Warranties are non-transferable.
