Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been received in our system and your credit card has been authorized for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will begin the process of verifying that the item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will contact you via email to ask whether you’d like to retain your order or cancel it for a full refund. If your item(s) are in stock and ready for immediate shipment, we will process the payment and proceed with preparing the order for shipment.

Once the item ships, your shipping details and tracking information will be sent to you via email, assuming the item is in stock.

The shipping processing time may vary by brand due to differences in the freight carriers each brand prefers to use.

Lead Time

Lead time refers to the time it takes for a product to be prepared and made ready for shipment after you place your order. For playground products, a lead time is typically included because these items are often made to order. Most products are ready within about 2 weeks, but depending on the brand and production schedule, certain items may take longer — in some cases, 3 to 6 months.

Once the lead time is complete and your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 6 to 10 business days. (Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Saturday, with handling time between 1–3 business days, and transit time between 5–7 business days, Monday–Friday.)

The majority of our shipments are delivered via third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler). If your order includes an item that requires freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery time.

Please allow 24–72 hours for us to confirm and process your order before it is dispatched for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we successfully process the charges to your credit card, your order will be shipped within five business days from the date of purchase. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking details within six business days of your order, feel free to contact us at support@kingdomplayground.com for an update.

Freight Shipping

Many of our playground products are large, heavy, or oversized items that must be delivered by freight carriers rather than standard parcel services. Freight shipping typically involves delivery by an 18-wheeler truck and is different from standard home delivery.

Key points about freight shipping:

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight shipments are delivered to the curb or driveway of your address, not inside your home or yard. The driver will not carry the product indoors or assemble it.

  • Delivery Appointment: Once your order is ready, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time that works for you. It is important to answer or return their call to avoid delays.

  • Signature Required: Most freight deliveries require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Please inspect your order carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Additional Services: If you need services such as liftgate assistance (lowering the product from the truck), inside delivery, or rescheduling, additional fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Before signing, check the product and packaging for any visible damage. If you notice damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact our support team immediately.

Freight delivery may take longer than standard shipping times due to carrier scheduling and routing. Please review the lead time noted on the product detail page to understand when your order will be ready to ship, and be prepared for coordination with the freight carrier once it has left the warehouse.

No Shipping Outside the USA

We only ship within the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. will not be processed.

Changing Address

If your order has already been processed or shipped, and you need to change the delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please note that address changes may cause delays. Any additional charges incurred from our freight companies due to the change in address will be the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions will be made.

Shipping Times

Please be aware that all shipping times are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery times. We make every effort to notify vendors about new orders to ensure they are shipped out as quickly as possible. However, if a customer chooses to cancel an order due to delayed shipping beyond the estimated time frame, the customer will be responsible for all related shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other associated expenses.

Any customer filing a chargeback due to shipping delays will be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions will be made.

Please also note that during peak holiday seasons, additional shipping delays may occur.
