Cancellations & Refunds
At Kingdom Playground, we take pride in offering one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge (exceptions apply for custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can issue a full refund before the order leaves the warehouse. You can contact us during business hours at (386) 516-4516, through the chat in the bottom right corner of the website, or by emailing support@kingdomplayground.com.
Cancellations After 24 Hours of Placement (Before Order Ships)
Customers can cancel their orders before the product is shipped. However, if a cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after the order has been placed but before the item ships, a 3.5% administrative fee will be applied to cover restocking and processing costs.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, as these items are made specifically for your order.
Since these units are made to your specifications, production begins right after the order is placed. Your warranty guarantees a fully functional and operational product. If youâre unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us for clarification.
All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange a product, you may do so. However, customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Not all orders are eligible for return after they have shipped. We source products directly from manufacturers, and if the manufacturer does not permit returns, we cannot offer one. This policy can vary by brand or product, so please reach out for specific details.
Due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you are exchanging the product, we may be able to help cover some of the costs depending on the item.
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. However, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product youâre purchasing, as individual brand policies override this general 30-day return policy.
Shipping Times
We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping times provided on product pages are based on estimates from suppliers and freight companies and may change without notice due to supply chain issues, delays at steel mills, shipping demand, or workforce shortages.
While delays are often unavoidable and beyond Kingdom Playgroundâs control, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We value your business and thank you for your patience during these times.

When making a purchase from Kingdom Playground, you agree to our exchange and return policies. We encourage you to review these policies for a smooth shopping experience:
⢠I understand that I must inspect the package upon delivery and document any damages with photos within 24 hours, notifying Kingdom Playground immediately.
⢠I understand that I am responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping a new product in the event of a refund or exchange.
⢠I understand that products must be returned unopened and unused, and additional restocking fees may apply.
⢠I understand that once my order has shipped from the warehouse, a full refund will not be available.
⢠I understand that custom orders cannot be refunded or canceled.
⢠I understand that if I return an order after it has shipped, I will be responsible for any return shipping and restocking fees, typically around 25%.
⢠I understand that shipping estimates provided on product pages are subject to change due to factors outside Kingdom Playgroundâs control.
⢠I agree not to cancel my order or file a chargeback due to order delays or incorrect shipping estimates caused by circumstances outside Kingdom Playgroundâs control (e.g., manufacturing and logistics constraints of partner companies).
Damages
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make a note when signing for the delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos of the damage, including the box and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@kingdomplayground.com. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos of freight damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for the claim to be valid.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer. Please check individual product pages for warranty details. Warranty claims only cover damage occurring over time and due to use. If an item is damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, it is not covered under warranty.
Returns
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error.
Most of our products come with a guaranteed warranty, meaning youâll receive a fully functional product without any extra expenses. Check individual product pages for specific details.
BOGO Promotions
For Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one of the items is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for the value of that item. If your order has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and, depending on the manufacturer, possibly a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Chargebacks
Our team is here to help resolve any issues you may encounter. We aim to make our policies as fair as possible and believe they are among the best in the industry. We are committed to helping you and providing the best resolution.
Please do not file a chargeback for issues that we can work through together. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in legal action. If you have not received your product or have an issue with an item, please contact us directly, and we will assist you. Thank you for shopping with us!
