Lead Times
To find the specific lead time for this product, please refer to the “Lead Time” detail above. Many of our commercial playground items are custom-made to order. Once your item is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number along with crucial unloading instructions.
•Estimated ship dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
•Once shipped, delivery can take up to 10 days in transit.
•If you’re ordering multiple items from the same manufacturer, all items will ship together based on the longest lead time for those products. If you need a faster delivery for certain items, let us know—we can arrange separate shipments, though additional charges may apply.
Receiving Your Order
For orders with special shipping requirements, we provide detailed shipping instructions.
•Unless your facility has a loading dock, this equipment will be delivered curbside.
•Unloading commercial playground equipment is generally easiest with a forklift, which is standard practice in the industry.
•In some cases, you may be able to unload crates and pallets by hand, but using a forklift is the fastest method and is recommended by freight companies to avoid potential detention charges (for unloads exceeding 3 hours).

While Kingdom Playground doesn’t currently provide in-house installation services, we’re committed to making your setup experience as easy and enjoyable as possible! Many of our customers have successfully completed installations on their own with just a few DIY skills, and we’re more than happy to offer guidance and resources to support you every step of the way. For those who prefer professional help, we’ve curated a list of trusted third-party installers to ensure your playground is expertly set up and ready to enjoy.
Can I Install This?
Yes, you absolutely can! Many of our customers have managed installation themselves with basic DIY know-how. While it might take a bit more time compared to a professional team, installing yourself can be a cost-effective solution, especially for daycares, churches, and apartment complexes.
Mounting Options (Based on Product)
•In-Ground Mounting: This is the most common method for attaching playground and shade equipment. It involves digging and setting posts in concrete at the time of installation for stability.
•Surface Mount or Anchor Bolt: This method uses special plates and bolts to attach equipment to solid surfaces, typically concrete.
•Ground Spike: The simplest mounting option, where stakes are driven through a footer plate with a sledgehammer to hold the posts in place. Note that this method is not recommended for sandy or loose soil and is only available with select products.

Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been received in our system and your credit card has been authorized for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will begin the process of verifying that the item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will contact you via email to ask whether you’d like to retain your order or cancel it for a full refund. If your item(s) are in stock and ready for immediate shipment, we will process the payment and proceed with preparing the order for shipment.
Once the item ships, your shipping details and tracking information will be sent to you via email, assuming the item is in stock!
The shipping processing time may vary by brand due to differences in the freight carriers each brand prefers to use.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 6 to 10 business days. The majority of our shipments are delivered via third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler). If your order includes an item that requires freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery time.
Please allow 24-72 hours for us to confirm and process your order before it is dispatched for shipment.

Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we successfully process the charges to your credit card, your order will be shipped within five business days from the date of purchase. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking details within six business days of your order, feel free to contact us at support@kingdomplayground.com for an update.
No Shipping Outside the USA
We do not ship outside the United States. However, some exceptions apply—if our website allows you to check out and enter a shipping address outside of the U.S., you will receive your order. Certain products, in particular, are available for shipping to Canada.
Changing Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped, and you need to change the delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please note that address changes may cause delays. Any additional charges incurred from our freight companies due to the change in address will be the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions will be made.
Shipping Times
Please be aware that all shipping times are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery times. We make every effort to notify vendors about new orders to ensure they are shipped out as quickly as possible. However, if a customer chooses to cancel an order due to delayed shipping beyond the estimated time frame, the customer will be responsible for all related shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other associated expenses. Any customer filing a chargeback due to shipping delays will be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions will be made.

Cancellations & Refunds
At Kingdom Playground, we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (386) 516-4516, the chat in the bottom right, or email support@kingdomplayground.com any time.
Cancellations after 24 Hours of placement and Before order Ships
Customers may cancel their orders before the product ships. If a cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after placing the order but before the product has been shipped, an administrative fee of 3.5% will be applied to cover restocking and processing costs. This fee accounts for the administrative and restocking expenses incurred due to the late cancellation.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made to order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return, however, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product you are purchasing as the brand specific return policy on the product page overrides this general return policy of 30 days.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Kingdom Playground’s control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

When you are making a purchase from Kingdom Playground, you agree to our exchange and return policies. We encourage you to review these policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience:
- I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Kingdom Playground within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
- I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
- I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
- I understand that once my order has shipped from the warehouse, a full refund will not be available.
- I understand that custom orders cannot be refunded or canceled.
- I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product but are usually around 25%.
- I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Kingdom Playground.
- I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Kingdom Playground (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to support@kingdomplayground.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Kingdom Playground default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!

UPlay Today™ Warranty
UltraPlay Systems, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 1-year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. In the event of a claim under this warranty, UltraPlay Systems will replace the component at no cost within the first 12 months from date of shipment to the original customer. Equipment not specifically addressed in the following paragraphs is also subject to this limited 1 year warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
TEN-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON UPRIGHT POSTS
UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on metal upright posts to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure which causes the product to become unfit for its intended use, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 10 years from the date of shipment to the original customer.
FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON METAL PARTS
UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on metal decks, steps, stairs, rails, pipes, support posts, rungs, loops, swing frame yokes and clamps to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure which causes the product to become unfit for its intended use, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment to the original customer.
FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON GROUND-MOUNT METAL PARTS
UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on metal footers, inground footers, surface mount plates, ground spikes, slide and climber mounting posts and plates to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure which causes the product to become unfit for its intended use, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment to the original customer.
THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON PLASTIC PARTS
UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on the following plastic parts: slides, climbers, roofs, tunnels, bridges, panels and border timbers. These components are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 3 years from the date of shipment to the original customer.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON HARDWARE
UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on hardware to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure due to breaking or shearing, subject to normal use and installation, for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment to the original customer.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON HDPE CLIMBERS AND HDPE SPRING RIDERS
UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on high density polyethylene (HDPE) climbers and spring riders against degradation for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment to the original customer.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON SPRING RIDER METAL PARTS
UltraPlay Systems provides a limited warranty on metal springs, bases and brackets of spring riders to be free from defects in materials or workmanship against structural failure which causes the product to become unfit for its intended use, subject to normal usage and installation, for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment to the original customer.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STRAP AND TOT SEAT
UltraPlay Systems provides a 1 year limited warranty on strap and tot swing seats against structural failure that causes the seat to become unfit for its intended use. Additionally, chain, “S”- hooks and hangers are covered under a one-year limited warranty.
LIMITED WARRANTY ON SITE FURNISHINGS
UltraPlay Systems provides a five-year limited warranty on the finish of thermoplastic coated site furnishings from the date of shipment to the original customer. Additionally, all site furnishings are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one-year from the date of shipment to the original customer.
All warranties specifically exclude damage caused by man-made or natural disasters, vandalism, negligence, improper installation or improper use, modification, changes in appearance resulting from weathering, scratches, dents, discoloration, normal wear and tear, or marring as a result of public or private use.
Claims are limited to replacement of equipment only and do not include any costs associated with labor, removal or installation of the original or replacement product.
Warranties are valid only if products are installed and maintained in accordance with UltraPlay installation instructions and use of approved parts.
This warranty is applicable to the original owner only. Warranties are non-transferable.
